By making a reservation and staying at our property, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM
check-out until 12:00 PM.
A valid government-issued identification document is required upon check-in.
Reservations & Payment
Payment conditions are subject to the selected rate plan and booking policy.
Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the policy associated with the selected rate plan at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
At Alaverdi Sanctuary Wine & Agriculture Resort, we understand that travel plans may change.
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, as well as no-show reservations, will be handled in accordance with the Resort's reservation and cancellation policy.
Should you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible to assist us in accommodating other guests.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to resort property during their stay.
To ensure the comfort and tranquility of all guests, excessive noise and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor public areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly when using recreational facilities and the swimming pool.
Resort Facilities
The use of resort facilities, including the swimming pool, gardens, recreational areas, and other amenities, is at the guest’s own risk and subject to operating hours and resort regulations.
Personal Belongings
The resort is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure at all times.
Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior approval from the resort management.
Resort Policies
The resort reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases of: Violation of resort policies, Illegal activities, Behavior that endangers other guests, staff, or resort property.
